  Jacqui and Jim McKeering Real Estate are an icon of the Sandgate and surrounds real estate industry. There's a reason the McKeering business has survived the test of time, they're passionate and great at what they do! Jacqui is very knowledgeable of the area and properties. She is committed and passionate for her clients and considers the best intentions for both the seller and the buyer. She has a huge work ethic and a vast network to draw upon to get the best results, she holds many records for highest sales in the area (she's very humble and doesn't blow this trumpet in public!). I would trust Jacqui and her team for any real estate needs.

  Jacqui McKeering and the team at Jim McKeering Real Estate are outstanding and always go the extra mile. As a landlord living overseas, they have professionally managed my investment property for quite a number of years and in that time I have not had to worry about a thing. I'm very grateful for their services and expertise and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. If you need a real estate company you can trust, look no further.

  As a landlord myself I would never use this agency to manage my property. Nor would I recommend anyone I care about to rent through this agency. In my experience with this agency they are unprofessional and have no compassion or consideration of their tenants safety and well-being. Never respond to correspondence and fail to follow up anything.

  We recently used Jacqui @ Jim McKeering Real Estate to sell 2 of our Investment Properties in the 4017 area. Both sales were a great success and exceeded our expectations. Communication through the whole process was fantastic and we felt very comfortable.
  
  Both properties had been managed by Jim McKeering prior to sale, and as landlords, we were more than happy with the service they provided. All maintenance issues were attended to quickly and we were kept in the loop of the costs associated and the team always ensured they sought the best option available (both cost and quality). They have an excellent pool of local trades they use.
  
  We are also currently renting through Jim McKeering (as we are in between houses) and have nothing but great things to say. The whole team is very professional and responsive.
  
  5 stars and highly recommend.
