  My first encounter with Dr Irina Collins was awful to say at least, I called her practise for a general check up and because I am new to the area I was also a new patient. Once entering the clinic I thought 'this place looks very clean and friendly', The receptionist was very kind and informed me that Dr C was running behind schedule and I'll need to take a seat, and here comes my first bad expereince... A one hour wait, I overheard another patient say on the phone that Dr C is always running at least half an hour late (due to overbooking obviously). When i was finally called into the treatment room I met a lovely girl, whom she told me that she would be the assistant for Dr C today, she asked me how i was and half way through answering i had to stop because i was distracted by the yelling going on somewhere else in the clinic. Skipping to the actual examination of my teeth she informed me that i will need fillings in all of my bottom teeth, Which was a complete suprise to me! Being a little cautious of her already i refused treatment that day, I visited another dentist in the city (which was much more proffesional and even less expensive!) I was told that my teeth are fine. I hope that any current or new patients reading this avoid going to her at all cost of at least be very cautious when you go in there thinking you're teeth are fine and then she turns around and tells you that you have horrific decay. She's a money hungry dentist and if you feel like things seem a little dodgy, its probally because they are.
